ABOUT MOVEMENT FOR CHAOS
We can't stop the world from moving forward. Nothing is static. Our lives are dynamic. We are human with human needs, human wants, and human shortcomings. This trajectory can often lead to chaos. I have learned to thrive in chaos mostly by moving with the chaos. Trusting this movement and chaos has helped me better understand who I am and how I move forward and grow. This movement is not just about the body. It is a movement in our community. Movements in our growth, both as individuals and together.
